Abstract: | Indoor air quality complaints can be the result of many factors: room contaminants, lack of fresh air due to a malfunction in a building's air handling systems or personal health conditions and allergies of occupants. The Health and Safety Department within the Facility Services Department of the Thames Valley District School Board in London, Ontario has created a specific Indoor Air Quality Investigative Procedure that is designed to ensure that all indoor air quality complaints are investigated and resolved in a timely fashion. |
